PANUN KAERGAR CANCELLATION POLICY

(a) Cancellation by Customer:
- Before Service Confirmation: If you cancel your booking before it is confirmed by a Service Provider, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- After Service Confirmation: If you cancel your booking after it has been confirmed by a Service Provider but before the service has commenced, a cancellation fee of the service fee may apply. This fee compensates the Service Provider for their time and the inconvenience caused.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel the service after the serviceman has arrived to your address, then visiting charges will be applicable, that the customer will have to pay.
(b) Cancellation by Service Provider:
- In the rare event that a Service Provider cancels your booking, Panun Kaergar will make every effort to find a substitute Service Provider to fulfill your request at the scheduled time. If a substitute cannot be arranged, you will be notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded.
(c) Refunds:
- Refunds for cancelled services, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Please note that any service fees or additional charges, such as convenience fees, may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
(d) Rescheduling:
- You may request to reschedule your service without any additional charges if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
(e) Emergency Cancellations:
- In case of emergencies (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), Panun Kaergar reserves the right to waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
(f) No-Show Policy:
- If the Service Provider arrives at the scheduled time and location and you are not present or reachable after reasonable attempts, the service will be marked as a "no-show," and you may be charged the full service fee.
