PANUN KAERGAR REFUND POLICY

(a) Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Cancellation: If a service is cancelled by the Service Provider, or if you cancel a service before it is confirmed by a Service Provider, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Completion: If the service is only partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Service Not Delivered: If the Service Provider fails to show up for the scheduled service and does not provide a valid reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee.
(b) Non-Refundable Charges:
- Certain fees, such as convenience fees, emergency service charges, and any additional charges for services rendered before cancellation, may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Promotional discounts or credits applied to a booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.
(c) Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted through the Platform or by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of the service cancellation or the service date.
- All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days after the request has been submitted.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. In the case of cash payments, a refund will be processed through an alternative method agreed upon between Panun Kaergar and the Customer.
(d) Refund Timeline:
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
(e) Disputes:
- If you disagree with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our customer service team at support@panunkaegar.com. All disputes will be reviewed, and a final decision will be communicated to you within 5-7 business days.
(f) Force Majeure:
- In the event that a service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, governmental actions), Panun Kaergar will evaluate the situation and may offer a full or partial refund at its discretion.
(g) Refund Denials:
- Refund requests may be denied if:
- The service was completed as scheduled without any reported issues.
- The cancellation was made outside the allowed cancellation window.
- The request was made after the specified refund request period.
